Strala Yoga NYC

This unique blend of yoga and dance was created by Tara Stiles who drew on her ballet and
dance experience to create a seamless movement-based yoga style. Mike Taylor, a practitioner for 30 years of tai chi and qi gong, among other movement-based spiritual healing practices. The two of them have pulled their collective experiences and education together to bring science and creativity to Strala Yoga. The science behind it is simple: freedom of movement and freedom of mind which leads to a “relaxation response” or the chemicals in your body responsible for “health, healing and wellbeing”.
